At Pihusha, we believe in maintaining transparency and clarity. Please read the following carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with our terms, policies, and conditions.


1. What kind of sarees do you offer?

We offer only 100% authentic and quality-checked sarees. Each product is clearly labeled with material, design type, and care instructions. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Are the sarees stitched or unstitched?

All sarees are unstitched and include a blouse piece unless specifically stated otherwise. We do not offer any stitching or customization services.


3. Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently shipping to Delhi NCR’s location only.


4. How do I track my order?

You will receive an order tracking link by email once your order is shipped. For real-time updates, visit our Order Tracking page. Tracking is your responsibility once the product has been dispatched.


5. What is your return and refund policy?

We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection.
    Read our Returns Policy carefully before initiating a request.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped. No cancellations will be accepted once dispatch is initiated.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Razorpay including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.


8. I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at support@pihusha.com within 24 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Delayed complaints beyond 24 hours will not be entertained.


9. Do you provide a blouse stitching service?

No. All sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece unless otherwise mentioned. We do not provide tailoring or alteration services.


10. Can I return or exchange a saree I don’t like?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences such as dislike of color, fabric feel, or style. Please read product details carefully before ordering.


11. Do you offer refunds for discounted items?

No refunds or exchanges are applicable on products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.


12. Who do I contact for support?

Email us at support@pihusha.com. Our support team operates Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST. All communications must be in writing for record purposes.
