Refund & Return Policy – Pihusha

At Pihusha, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and detailing of every saree we deliver. As each piece is curated with utmost care, all sales are final. However, under specific and rare circumstances, we may consider a return or exchange, as outlined below.


General Policy

By purchasing from our website (www.pihusha.com), you agree to our strict no-return and no-refund policy unless the item you receive is damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Color difference due to lighting or display resolution

  • Size or length concerns, as these are clearly mentioned in product descriptions

  • Customized or altered sarees

  • Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards

  • Slight irregularities in embroidery, dye, or weave, which are natural in handcrafted garments and not considered defects

Please note: Traditional garments like sarees often have natural variations which add to their uniqueness. These are not defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Item

In rare cases where you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing images and a video as proof. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

To report, email support@pihusha.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos and video of the package, product, and damage/issue

  • Description of the issue

If the return is approved:

  • You must return the item in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, along with tags and packaging.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, at your own cost unless stated otherwise.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed in the following rare circumstances:

  • Product is irreparably damaged

  • You received the wrong product and replacement is unavailable

Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if the product is not in its original condition or shows signs of use.


Shipping & Return Logistics

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Shipping fees (including COD charges, if any) are non-refundable.
